Dr. Heiner’s return strengthens SECUDE’s rapid emergence as a global leader in Data-Centric Security and Enterprise Digital Rights Management solutions.
Dr. Heiner is a seasoned leader with over 50 years of entrepreneurial experience. Being an enthusiastic venture capitalist, he has led and transformed multiple businesses mentoring over 18 tech start-ups, shaping and bringing extensive expertise across multidisciplinary functions.
His re-entry as CEO comes at a time when there are significant value-creation opportunities and positive developments in the global market for SECUDE. After leading the company with a successful SAP data protection solution, he steered the company towards CAD/PLM IP protection. He oversaw the successful completion of several high-profile projects and was instrumental in expanding SECUDE’s presence in key global markets.
Commenting on his re-appointment, Dr. Heiner said, “Post-Covid we see a significant increase in data thefts and breaches both in the CAD-dependent manufacturing and Hi-Tech industries as well on the SAP front. Detecting and constantly monitoring what happens beyond the perimeter of the organization has become an essential capability.”
