Multi-user projects require a wide range of file types, such as Word documents outlining project guidelines, PDF copies of supplier contracts, Excel spreadsheets with financial data and CAD files containing engineering drawings. These files require different access controls according to their sensitivity. With HaloSHARE’s adjustable labeling solution, MPIP administrators can configure encryption settings per file type within shared folders, including automatic watermarking for non-sensitive project files. In addition, engineers and designers can create custom permissions for the drawings they produce for specific suppliers. With HaloSHARE, you retain file access control no matter who has access to shared folders.
