It has aggressive plans to increase its manpower, especially in marketing and sales in Switzerland, the US, Germany, and India. SECUDE is also planning to take a plunge into Artificial Intelligence and to bring in additional expertise to its already existing talent pool.

The new office is designed to accommodate up to 100 employees in the first phase and features efficient workspaces, well-equipped conference rooms, and breakout spaces to incorporate an adaptable working style and an engaging work culture that aligns with SECUDE's fast-growth strategy.
